When I'm an Astronaut Music Video won Best in Creative AI at the 2024 Australian XR (Extreme Reality) Festival Awards! 🏆 The awards were presented Saturday 14th December 2024 at the State Library of New South Wales, Sydney. 

Every element of the video (images, voices and music), was created with AI. 

There were four finalist in this category and I was fortunate that An Incontinent Truth was also a finalist.

Though I couldn’t attend the ceremony, which was live-streamed this clip of the award presentationshows When I’m an Astronaut lighting up the big screen for the very first time. 📽️✨

Thank you to the Australian XR Festival Team for this incredible recognition. This award fuels my mission to inspire girls in STEM and encourage them to Dream Big, Aim High. ✨ Perhaps one day, When I’m an Astronaut will be played by an astronaut in space! 🌌🧑‍🚀

I never imagined reaching film awards when I began my AI filmmaking journey. In just a short time, I’ve achieved:

🇦🇪 Two finalist spots (Dubai and Australia)
🇦🇺 Now, an award winner (Australia)

From a career in surgery (urology) and achievements in business, books, and now film, this journey continues to amaze me.
